How the meter works, in three sentences
Run as many searches as you like, on as many roles as you like. Charging for search would only teach you to search less, which is the opposite of the point.
One contact is one first message relayed to one candidate. Everything after that happens in your own inbox and costs nothing.
A contact counts only once your message is in the candidate's inbox. If it can't be delivered, you aren't charged. You pay for reach, not for attempts.
Placement fees require us to verify that you actually hired someone, which we cannot do honestly — the only record is what you tell us. So we do not charge on outcomes, and we do not ask you to report them.
