Every hire on one board.
One row per person, one column per stage: shortlisted, contacted, replied, interviewing, offer, hired.
Contacting through Legabl moves them to Contacted the moment your message is delivered. Notes, interview records and the decision stay with the person, inside this one job.

Invented example. Evidence is a count of requirements their own words support, never a score.

Not a score. The sentences that earned it.
Candidates write down what their week actually looks like and how much they own: headcount, budget, markets, lead or support. A CV never says this, and no parser can invent it. Each requirement in your JD is answered by their own words, with the field it came from. No evidence, we say so.
Four ways to fill a role
| Legabl | Headhunter | Job board | Scraped database | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who you reach | People who switched on employer search on Resume4.ai | Whoever the recruiter calls | Whoever applies this week | Everyone, whether they want it or not |
| What you see per person | Their own sentences against each of your requirements | The recruiter's summary | A CV | A profile and a score |
| Where the data came from | The candidate, with the date they last confirmed | The recruiter's network | The application | Unclear; ask your legal team |
| What you pay for | Messages that reach someone; searching is free | A share of first-year salary | Postings, whether or not anyone fits | Seats |
| After the first reply | Stages, interviews and offer on one board | The recruiter's inbox | Your inbox | Your inbox |
They published a career profile and chose to be searchable
They write a career profile on Resume4.ai
Not only a résumé: what the week looks like, what they own, what they want next. Free for candidates.
They switch on employer search
Off by default. They see what employers will see, and can switch it off again at any time.
They appear in your search, with the date
Every row shows when they last confirmed. Withdraw, and everything your account held about them is deleted.
What we can and cannot see
Your job descriptions and filters run on our servers, so we can see what you searched for. We are not going to pretend otherwise. What we protect is the link between you and the people you found: encrypted, isolated to your account, never pooled into anyone else's results.
Try it on a role you are actually hiring for
Tell us what you're hiring for. After a 20-minute call we open a free trial for your whole team: 14 days, 10 contacts, no card.
Priced per company, not per seat. Searching is free. A contact counts only when your message reaches the candidate's inbox.
